Set at Manjits on The Wharf, overlooking sparkling Darling Harbour, this is your opportunity to taste and enjoy small sample pours from all 18 delegates during the three hour tasting session. Finger foods include tempura garlic prawns, mini samosas, chicken and beef skewers, mini arancini, seafood cocktail cups, mini pork dumplings and more continuously served throughout each session.
