Located at the foothills of the Victorian Alps, Star Lane Winery is a picturesque destination offering a truly delightful cellar door experience. Set at 425 metres above sea level, this remarkable vineyard benefits from an alpine climate, long sunlit days, cool mountain evenings, and ancient glacial soils. The long, slow ripening season is ideal for premium wine production - warm daytime temperatures promote flavour development, while cool alpine nights preserve natural acidity, freshness and aromatic intensity. The story of Star Lane began in 1997 when the first vines were planted. In October 2025 Star Lane entered its next chapter led by new owners Toni Pla Bou and Leonie Martino. They invite you to enjoy their superb wines, and one of the best cellar door experiences Beechworth has to offer.
