Forest Hill Wines holds a significant place in the history of Western Australia's wine industry as the first cool climate vineyard established in the state. With a rich heritage spanning over 50 years, this family-owned and operated winery crafts exceptional wines in their Denmark winery using grapes sourced from the old, dry grown Forest Hill Vineyard in Mount Barker. The vineyards benefit from the region's warm days, cooling nights, and ancient soils, producing award-winning wines like Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Riesling. The vineyard's commitment to sustainable practices, including soil health and minimal inputs, reflects their role as custodians of the land and its precious old vines.
