The Goulburn Valley Wine region stretches from Central Victoria up to Echuca on the Murray River, with the southern town of Seymour around 90 minutes drive from Melbourne. The warmer climate produces Shiraz, Marsanne and Cabernet Sauvignon, originating from some of the oldest Shiraz and Marsanne vines.
