The Murray Darling and Swan Hill region is centred around Mildura and towards the Victoria and New South Whales borders, home to a diverse range of wine styles, activities and a vibrant food scene. 23 wineries produce predominantly Chardonnay, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon along with Italian varieties like Pinot Grigio, Vermentino, Sangiovese and Barbera.
